What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Recognise the logos from at least four chocolate brands
    • Taste chocolate from a least four of the leading brands and state whether they like them or not
    • Listen to a presentation about the history of chocolate
    • Take part in a discussion about the history of chocolate 
    • Sequence key dates and events in the history of chocolate
