The learner can:

    • Identify the equipment needed to measure the ingredients eg jug, spoons, scales
    • Measure out ingredients accurately
    • Select the correct equipment from the kitchen to make cupcakes
    • Prepare the equipment as required eg place paper cases in baking trays, grease and line baking trays etc
