The learner can:

    • Recognise and address the correct person to whom the email is being sent
    • Add the relevant email address in cc and bcc of the email
    • Enter the appropriate subject in the 'subject' section of the email
    • Begin the email with an appropriate opening greeting
    • End the email with an appropriate closing greeting
